Q. What is your return policy?
All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our chocolates are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final, please be sure of your selection.
Q. Do you send samples?
Sorry, we do not ship out samples but we encourage you to visit us at various events where you can taste our chocolate samples. Please connect with us on our social media profiles where we keep posting about our upcoming events locations throughout the year!
Q. When you dispatch orders?
We dispatch all regular mail or parcel orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. DHL International parcels processed daily after processing by us.
Q. What if, I have provided you the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout?
We do not provide a replacement, exchange, or refund for orders returned to us by the shipping carrier. Please ensure to provide the correct address and all the required information. Orders sent to the wrong recipient or location will not be replaced.
Q. What if, my item does not arrive / lost in the post or damaged?
